Terms And Conditions
We want you to be 100% satisfied with the services we
have agreed to supply.
We require no payment up front. A purchase order,
e-mail, letter or any other written correspondence is
sufficient to book any courses we offer. There are no
hidden/extra costs; the price we quote is the price you
pay subject to other provisions contained herein.
Your company will be invoiced at the end of each month
for any training courses completed during that month. We
ask that invoices be settled within 30 days of receipt
by your preferred method of payment.
We understand that workloads and other unforeseen
factors often affect your employee’s availability to
attend training courses. If your needs or availability
change after agreeing a course date we will do our
utmost to accommodate your requirements or limitations.
We ask that as much notice as possible be given in these
circumstances.
Courses may be cancelled with at least 14 days notice
with no liability. Cancellation of courses with less
than 14 days notice will incur a fee as detailed below:
Cancellation within 14 days of course start date – 10%
of the total agreed course cost.
Cancellation within 7 days of course start date – 50% of
the total agreed course cost.
Cancellation on the course start date – cost subject to
our minimum student numbers.
In the event of reduced student numbers, we will only
charge you for the number of students that do attend the
course subject to our minimum student numbers.
In the event of an exam/workmanship test failure, we
will proctor a retest as laid down in IPC policies and
procedures. A charge of £250 is levied for each day you
require retests to be conducted regardless of how many
students are to be retested.
